Gratitude

Our bodies are incredible. We must not take them for granted.

I can’t emphasize enough how grateful I am to be able to do what I do. To be able to wake up and exercise, run, lift heavy objects, get stronger….when I stop to think about the significance of this I am so filled with inspiration, motivation and gratitude. This is the one body I’ve been given in this life. I want to cherish it, to respect it, to treat it with love and kindness. What does that mean? I set goals. I conquer them. I set new goals. I fall off track sometimes, and I get back on. I say no to crappy food, making treats a special occasion. I work out regularly. Just RUN

What the Fiber?!

I remember when I first joined Kaia and heard the expectation of 35 grams per day, wow…that’s A LOT of fiber! And it is! But I can honestly say it has completely transformed the way my body feels and looks. Tracking your intake of fiber to ensure you’re hitting at least 35 grams per day works wonders in many ways, including weight loss, regularity and just feeling light and “clean” to name a few. Kaia FLOW

Most people have a love/hate relationship with Yoga. I can relate to this because when I first tried it, I honestly though “WOW this sucks!” But why? Because it forced me to S-L-O-W down, and because my muscles were tight, and it was so uncomfortable!!

Kaia Kookbook 101!

Here are some of the lesser known ingredients from our Kookbook and some of the reasons why the made the cut!

Bean Sprouts-Produced from mung beans, the sprouts are free of cholesterol, and easily digestible. One cup of mung bean sprouts contains only approximately 30 calories, 3 grams of protein, only 6 carbohydrates, and only .2 grams of fat.
