We offer different types of sessions throughout the year because we believe in not just muscle confusion but mind confusion in order to produce continuous results and always reaching new goals. We kick off each year with a 6 week BRIK, followed by back to back CORE sessions. This 3 session cycle repeats 3 times throughout the year ending perfectly the last week of December. This allows us as athletes to constantly change our focus, our goals, try new things and push different limits.

BRIK SESSIONS ($259)
Brik Sessions are Kaia’s signature six-week programs designed to help you see amazing results and keep you pumped for the entire six weeks, five days per week. We guarantee that you’ll see amazing results and have a blast too! We start off the session with an orientation, we take “Fitness Assessments” to help you determine where you are and where you would like to be, we do a “Fit Test” so you can track your own progress throughout the six weeks, and we provide a hands-on Nutrition Plan to give you guidance & work with you every step of the way. In addition to our super fun Kaia workouts, we incorporate Kaia Flow and runs/walks at local trails and parks during Brik sessions. Next Brik Session starts on May 5, 2014!
Core Sessions are 5 weeks of building strength and endurance through Functional Intense Training! Women tend to focus less on building strength, but gaining muscle is key for weight loss and longevity. Our goal is to help you become lean and strong… not just skinny! Core classes keep the body guessing and teach it to move the way it is intended. Classes on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 5, 6 am and 9 am and 5:30 pm!! Next Core starts on March24, 2014!
AUTO PAY ($129 per month)
With the automatic payment program you will get all the FIT Sessions and all the BRIKs throughout the year included in your monthly fee. You will also have your class time spot saved for each session throughout the year. Members also receive Power Hour during Core for just $20 for all 5 weeks.
Saturday Power Hour
All class times meet at 7am on every Saturday during Core sessions. It’s an additional cost to add Saturdays to your Kaia routine but so worth it because they are usually a bit different from our typical workouts! Power Hour focuses on getting your heart rate up, finding your max and adding a little weight to spice things up! Power Hour is definitely for ALL fitness levels, just like our regular program, but you work a little more independently and at your own pace. Power Hour is $12 for drop ins. If you purchase all 5 weeks of a session at once, it’s just $50!
